Remember my Mystery Chair reupholster below? We know what it is and we have a winner, or two. My Aunt and Mom. Not sure who for sure discovered it online first. The verdict is still out.
Are you ready for this $5 find...It is an Anglo Indian plantation or planter chair, with foot rests. Who knew this is how the recliner started. It dates back to the Early to Mid 20th C.
These chairs apparently go for $1500 and up. So the bid is on if anyone would like to buy my chair! Here are some pictures they found online. Remember mine started out with the caning, so it truly was an authentic piece.
